  • Shipping Policy

    Made to Order
    Items in this collection are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Each item is custom printed after your order is placed to reduce waste and keep prices fair. Because of this, processing and shipping times differ from our locally produced products.

    Processing Time

    • Most Printify items are produced within 2–5 business days of your order.

    • During high-volume seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), production may take an additional few days.

    • Once your item has been printed and packaged, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

    Shipping Time

    • United States: 3–8 business days after fulfillment

    • International Orders: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing

    • Orders may arrive in separate packages if multiple items are printed at different partner facilities.

    Shipping Providers

    All Printify products are shipped by Printify’s network of print providers using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Carrier selection depends on your location and the partner assigned to your order.

    Shipping Rates

    • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.

    • Combined shipping is not guaranteed for multi-item orders.

    Order Tracking

    You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours.

    Delivery Issues

    If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

    • Check with household members or neighbors.

    • Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages early.

    • Contact us at [your support email] so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

    Damaged, Lost, or Misprinted Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
    Send your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue to ameliaprintdesign@gmail.com. We’ll work with Printify to replace the item at no cost to you.

    Returns + Exchanges

    Because Printify items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference.

    Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or print errors.

    Local Pickup

    Printify-fulfilled items are not eligible for local pickup at our Pick-Up Porch.
