• Custom work will receive a digital proof for approval prior to production. Delays in approval may delay turnaround times.

• Typical turnaround time varies depending on the product. An estimated timeframe will be provided upon order confirmation.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including shipping carriers, weather, or supply issues.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

• If there is an error in your order due to our mistake, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

• Refunds, credits, or reprints are offered at our discretion.

• All designs, graphics, logos, and content created by Amelia Print + Design remain our intellectual property unless a specific rights release has been agreed upon in writing.

• You may not use our branding, content, or designs without permission.

If you supply artwork, logos, or content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce those materials. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from client-supplied content.
