Return & Refund Policy

At Amelia Print and Design, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom products made just for you. Because many of our items are personalized or made-to-order, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our handcrafted work.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized products (including printed apparel, decals, and DTF transfers) are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.

Non-Custom Items

We accept returns for non-customized items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ameliaprintdesign@gmail.com

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

• We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly—this may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved, we will notify you. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may begin and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Shipping Policy

At Amelia Print and Design, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely—whether you’re picking it up locally or having it delivered to your door.

Processing Times

• Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

• Custom Orders: Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll contact you if additional time is needed.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options

• We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup – The Pick-Up Pad

• Free local pickup is available at The Pick-Up Porch.

• You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready, with pickup instructions and hours.

• Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.

• For damaged or missing items, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at ameliaprintdesign@gmail.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.

• Do you offer rush shipping? Yes! Contact us before ordering to discuss rush production and expedited shipping options.

• Do you ship internationally? Not at this time, but we’re working on it!
